About the Course

This course is an essential component for all SAM practitioners and is aimed primarily for the following types of roles: SAM Program owners,  SAM program and project managers, Software Asset Managers, IT asset Managers, License managers, SAM Process and policy owners, SAM tool administrators.

During the course you will be given an in-depth view of how implementing SAM in your organisation needs to be planned for, in terms of assessing current status, building the improvement plan allocating roles and responsibilities and assessing risk.

You will learn how to manage your SAM program through Crayon’s unique SAM-iQ portal.  We will demonstrate to you how the SAM-iQ portal and its resources such as the dynamic dashboards, the program tracker tool and maturity assessments will save you both time and money by automating key process areas and providing templates and guidance that enable you and your SAM team to do things more efficiently and quickly in a central personalised portal rather than lots of separate spreadsheets and starting with a blank canvas.
