For both small and slightly larger customers, solutions are often required for different types of courses and training. We conduct customised training plans for the customers’ different user groups, and we have consultants who are Microsoft certified instructors for SharePoint and Office365.
Training often starts with training of the client's projectgroup. The purpose is to provide the group with more opportunities to see all the solutions to every different opportunity. Then follows the training of the system administrators, super-users, and ultimately, end-users. Thus, training end-users are often not necessary since many of the solutions we implement have very intuitive user interface and a well-known functionality.

We also conduct editor training for those in the organisation who has special responsibility for the preparation and publication of articles and other content. This is typical editors in a communications department.
