Project scope is to demonstrate Syntetic Data Vault (SDV) as means of anonymizing data from multiple health registries.
The goal is to identify technologies that can be used to give data access to researchers without compromising data privacy
Crayon have delivered 1 data scientist and 1 UX designer delivering a demo to showcase the technology

Challenge: To evaluate the opportunity to share data insight through the execution of statistical analysis and ML on encrypted data using Homomorphic encryption?

Project POC scope: Reproduce a part of the cancer registry report from 2015 by using homomorphic encryption on the data to reproduce a specific statistical table
Joint effort with Crayon and Microsoft Research, using MSR’s SEAL library for homomorphic encryption.
Successful results demonstrating viable technology to be used in near future.

Project scope: To develop a rule based engine to calculate the distribution of ISF to all Health Institutions in Norway. The ISF program is an activity-based funding scheme for specialist health and outpatient services in mental health care and interdisciplinary specialized treatment of drug addicts.
The engine calculates and distributes the equivalent of approx. $4 Billion in 2018.
