Crayon Announces Aquisition of Indian Market Licensing & Cloud Expert, Kryptos Networks
Crayon is delighted to announce that it has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Chennai based cloud and licensing expert Kryptos Networks Pvt Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
Kryptos are the leading experts in Volume Licensing, Cloud, SaaS and Managed Service solutions to the Indian market. The company is the partner of choice for IT service providers looking to optimise their cloud solutions business and has established strategic relationships with many of the leading global software technology partners.
