Crayon is a finalist for LinkedIn's Best Talent Acquisition Team
OSLO, Norway – This has been a blockbuster year for Crayon. First, we were named Microsoft’s global AI and ML Partner of the Year and now, LinkedIn has named us finalists for the Best Talent Acquisition Team.
Of course, our talent acquisition colleagues have long been winners in our book.
LinkedIn’s team analyzed the performance, results and impact of organizations across the Nordic region utilizing LinkedIn Solutions to find, hire and develop top talent and Crayon has been recognized as among the best.

Crayon’s talent acquisition team churns out impressive results, with more than 230 hires from around the world this year. That means there has been one person hired for every working day. LinkedIn has provided a channel to take our talent search up a notch.
Over the past 12 months, LinkedIn has served us in numbers we wouldn’t have been able to reach with just our hard-working team.
- 82% of our job impressions were served to candidates who did not know Crayon
- Our campaigns drove 254,000 candidates to our organization; 18,300 viewed our career page, 2,500 followed us, 2,100 applied for jobs and 48 were hired.
