Inspired by Crayon: A conference on innovative, real-life IT solutions

Crayon is hosting a conference on Wednesday, September 18 showcasing how different enterprises have used innovative solutions to accomplish feats such as becoming a greener city to saving more lives.

The event in Oslo, called Inspired by Crayon, will feature guests from Microsoft Norway, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Innovation Norway, Østfold Hospital, Statsbygg, and Lørenskog municipality.

“This is Crayon Norway’s biggest event of the year. It features the whole house of Crayon and how we’re able to support our customers with everything from the Internet of Things (IoT), IT infrastructure, Cloud migration, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, essentially every step of the digital transformation journey,” said Geir Øivind Gulliksen, CEO of Crayon Norway.

Among the highlighted sessions are how cities can be greener and healthier, how chatbots have created a simpler, more enjoyable working environment and an impressive session on how AI and ML can help save lives. Crayon is deeply experienced in emerging technologies and Microsoft recently named the company as the No. 1 Partner for AI and ML in the world.

During Inspired by Crayon, there will also be a discussion on Microsoft’s plans to build two data regions in Norway.
