The UK on its AI Journey: Microsoft Future Decoded
The head of Crayon UK, Richard Lockey, recently joined other tech executives at Future Decoded at ExCel London to discuss the latest updates, innovations and focus areas from Microsoft.
The key theme this year was that UK businesses need to start scaling artificial Intelligence. Not a week goes by without this emerging technology hitting the headlines, and it’s now time the UK takes a piece of the action.
Crayon is the market-leading provider of AI solutions and in 2019, Microsoft chose Crayon as the global AI and Machine Learning Partner of the Year. Our AI Center of Excellence demonstrates some of the pioneering ways in which Crayon is leading this digital transformation across several sectors, including healthcare, agriculture and more.
While AI in business infrastructure was a key topic at Future Decoded, discussions of Microsoft’s evolving technologies shone light on this interesting time to be a Microsoft Partner.
“The solutions that they’re [Microsoft] driving in the marketplace are different. And because of that they need their existing partners to evolve, something that we’re certainly taking to heart and trying to drive on a global level," Lockey told journalist Nima Green at Channel Partner Insight. "Our global offices use Microsoft technology every day to make our processes, services and communications more efficient and seamless.
When Green asked what the key focus was for Crayon, Richard Lockey replied, “Microsoft Teams deployment, usage and adoption and the traction that people are getting within the AI marketplace today, of which Crayon is extremely well-positioned as the global Microsoft AI Partner of the Year.”
